This policy describes how Anton Kuzmynskyi (a sole proprietor, hereinafter the "Owner", "we") processes the personal data of visitors to the website https://keyaction.agency (the "Site") in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection". The Owner is the controller of personal data processed through the Site.

Contact form data is retained for as long as needed to process your inquiry and any further communication, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless otherwise required by law.

• obtain access to your data;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data;
• withdraw your consent to data processing at any time.
